What We Believe

 Nicene Creed
 We believe in one God,
 the Father, the Almighty,
 maker of heaven and earth,
of all that is seen and unseen.
We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,
 the only son of God,
 begotten, not made,
of one being with the father.
Through him all things were made.
For us men and for our salvation
 he came down from heaven:
by the power of the Holy Spirit
he was born of the Virgin Mary,
 and became man.
For our sake and for our salvation
 he was crucified under Pontius Pilate;
he suffered died and was buried.
On the third day he rose again
 and fulflied with the scriptures;
 he ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the father.
 He will come again
to judge the living and the dead ,
his kingdom will have no end.
We believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son.
 With the Father and Son
 he is worshipped and glorified.
He has spoken through the Prophets.
We believe in one holy and apostolic Church.
We acknowledge on baptism fo the
forgivness of sins.
We look for the ressurection of the dead,
and the life of the world to come. Amen.

"Jesus said to them, "Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has enternal life, and I will raise him on the last day. For my flesh is true food, and my blood true drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him""

John 6:53-56

Transubstantiation - We believe that the bread and wine/water is changed into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. Even though it looks the same and maybe even tastes the same that really is Jesus's Body and Blood.

Apostolic - Leading all the way back to the apostles. Our church goes back over 2000 years to when the apostles and Jesus were alive. So that means that we are an apostolic church because we lead all the way back to the apostles.
